What I See

Most people start because their back hurts or they want to get stronger. Some come because their physio recommended it.

The reformer is good for building core strength without high impact on your joints. It’s also quite calming - you have to concentrate on what you’re doing, so your mind gets a break from everything else.

People who come regularly tend to stand taller and move better. They often say they feel stronger in everyday activities - carrying groceries, playing with kids, getting up from chairs.

Some notice they sleep better or feel less stressed. Others find their back pain reduces over time. Everyone’s different though - some people notice changes in a few weeks, others take a few months.

It’s not a quick fix, but most people who stick with it see some improvement in how they feel or move.
